A Flip-Pics is two photos merged with a lenticular lens to form one picture. As you look at the picture in different directions, the picture transforms from one photo to the next.

You will need two digital photos for this process. We prefer digital photos of 150 dpi at the desired size (5"x7" or 8"x10") that are the same size and orientation. You can easily email them to us with your order number for us to create your Flip-Pics. If the quality does not look good at the size you request, we will contact you.

You can send as many combinations as you want, However, each order of Flip-pics will only combine two photos.

Technically, we only offer two sizes: 8" x 10" and 5" x 7”. (Or 10”x 8” and 5” x 7” depending on the orientation of the Flip-Pics you are looking for.) But if you have an idea for a larger size, please feel free to ask.

Yes! Depending on the angle and the viewing distance from the Flip-Pics, it is possible that each picture is still somewhat visible.

A Flip-Pics reacts like a normal photo. If you take care of it, it should last for many years. A few important reminders: direct sunlight will cause it to fade, and water can create splotches or marks.

No. You will receive the Flip-pics only. Flip-pics are standard sizes and should fit in any frame you choose.

The typical delivery time is about two to three weeks from when you complete your order.

Custom-made items cannot be returned. We will be happy to make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to us during normal customer service hours. We will need photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the package the Flip-Pics item was shipped in. Please email us images at info@flippics.com. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After the claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned, and replaced.
